Affiliate Agreement
1) Prior to joining the Affiliate Program as an Affiliate, you undertake to read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions of the Affiliate Program.
2) The Terms and Conditions of the Affiliate Program may change. In this event the Affiliate will be notified by email.
3) Only persons over 18 years of age can participate in the Affiliate Program.
4) An Affiliate is fully responsible for the safety of their personal data including username and password. The Linebet Affiliate Program bears no responsibility for the loss of personal data.
5) Use of the Company's Intellectual Property
5.1) The Partner is prohibited from partially or completely copying the appearance of the Company's websites or individual landing pages, as well as the websites, trademarks, and trade marks registered by the Company. Partner websites and pages must not create the impression that they are operated by or associated with the Company or any of its affiliated brands.
5.2) The use of the Company's logos, graphics, and marketing materials is prohibited without prior approval from its representatives, except for those materials provided to the Partner within the framework of the Affiliate Program.
5.3) The Partner undertakes not to use the name of the Company and its brands for registering a new website (domain) or for supporting an existing one, including its internal pages and mobile applications. The Partner agrees to consider that a domain name similar to the name of the Company and its brands may mislead users.
5.4) It is prohibited to acquire, register, and use keywords, meta tags, search queries, or other identifiers that are identical or similar to the trademarks and brands of the Company and its brands in any search engines, portals, advertising, or other services.
It is not allowed to create pages and groups that could be mistaken for the pages of the Company and its brands on any social networks and messengers. When creating pages and groups, it is prohibited to use the names and logos of the Company and its brands.
The Partner agrees not to create or distribute mobile or web applications, as well as websites, that could be mistaken for the applications or websites of the Company and its brands.
5.5) In case of violations of paragraphs 5.1 - 5.4, the Company has the right to revise the terms of cooperation, up to and including complete termination.
6) Linebet is entitled to decline any Affiliate application to join the Affiliate Program, and Linebet is under no obligation to explain the reason for the rejection.
7) Affiliate Program Linebet is entitled to make amendments to the existing Terms and Conditions. The existing Terms and Conditions are the Terms and Conditions displayed on the Affiliate Program website at the moment. It is impossible to trace the history of revisions. Should the terms of the Affiliate Program be amended, Affiliates will be notified by the email address provided by them at the time of registration.
8) When publishing promotional materials, the Affiliate must strictly observe all applicable laws, regulatory requirements and ethical standards. They must only use promotional materials with the Linebet brand which have been moderated and approved by the company. When preparing their own materials, the Affiliate must send them for review and approval. In case of non-compliance with this paragraph of the T&Cs, a penalty shall be enforced which may result in the termination of the partnership and a fine. For the clarification and resolution of issues, the Affiliate has the right to call the 24-hour hotline.
When registering, the Affiliate must provide comprehensive information about the sources of traffic they intend to use in their collaboration with the Company. Penalties shall be enforced should the Affiliate intentionally conceal traffic sources. Monitoring of the traffic sources used by the Affiliate shall be carried out by the Company's Moderation Service. For clarification, you can contact Customer Support.
9) Affiliates are not permitted to use unsolicited email (spam) and Click-under and Pop-under ads for Linebet advertising without prior approval from the Affiliate Program team. Affiliates are not permitted to use contextual advertising containing the Linebet brand name, or to create websites, whose domain names contain the Linebet brand name. It is also not permitted to create websites, whereby the main content is nothing more than SEO-optimized articles, with the primary purpose of acquiring branded traffic from search engines. In the event such sources of traffic are identified, the Affiliate's Account will be closed and all the earnings will be cancelled.
10) The use of 'cookie stuffing' techniques by Affiliates is prohibited:

the opening of the Linebet website in iframe with sides of zero length or in an invisible zone;

adding tags, cookie scripts and other similar actions.
Partner prohibited the use of contextual advertising mentioning the brand Linebet.
Should an Affiliate violate these Terms and Conditions, their personal account will be blocked and deleted.
11) Only one registration in the Affiliate Program is allowed per participant. Repeat registration as a sub-affiliate is strictly forbidden.
12) An Affiliate is prohibited to register their personal player account with the betting company via their own affiliate link. Affiliates are also prohibited from colluding with other players.
